The NEX-16C is an easy-to-use, compact, high-performance and reliable nucleic acid purification extractor. It employs an automated extraction workflow based on magnetic bead adsorption and separation to rapidly process 1-16 samples per run. Combined with corresponding nucleic acid extraction reagents, it can extract high-quality DNA and RNA with excellent yield and integrity from samples including animal tissues, whole blood, viral swabs, cells, bacteria and plasma, meeting the requirements of downstream molecular biology applications.
